The Wise County Sheriff's Posse is a civilian volunteer organization based in Wise County, Texas.

• Place of birth
• Occupation and business address
• Spouse's name
• Length of residency in Wise County and Texas
• Background information as required by the application
• Contact information for your three required sponsors
